Customer Service Advisors are the first point of contact for DuctWorx, representing our team with professionalism and care. Advisors help customers schedule services, answer questions, and ensure a smooth experience at our company-owned National Customer Contact Centers. We provide comprehensive training to equip advisors with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed. Remote positions may also be available in select corporate markets. Each company-owned location offers structured programs for growth and development. Some independently owned and operated franchise locations may employ customer service staff as well. Since franchise owners are independent, their training, benefits, and advancement opportunities may vary by location.

Cleaning Service Technicians

Cleaning Service Technicians play a vital role in delivering the DuctWorx experience to every customer. These positions are available at both company-owned locations and independently operated franchises. At company-owned branches, DuctWorx provides comprehensive training, competitive benefits, and clear opportunities for career growth. Many of our leaders began their careers as technicians, developing their skills and advancing within the company. Independently owned franchise locations may also hire Cleaning Service Technicians, with training, benefits, and advancement opportunities varying by location. This role offers a strong foundation for those looking to build a rewarding career in the service industry.

Manager-in-Development Program

DuctWorx depends on strong, customer-focused leaders to oversee its company-owned locations. Our Leadership Development Program equips participants with the skills needed to succeed in operations, financial management, team motivation, and customer service. Graduates of the program may advance into management roles at one of our company-owned locations. This program is offered exclusively through DuctWorx corporate operations. Independently owned franchise locations may have their own management opportunities, training programs, and advancement paths, determined solely by the franchise owner.
